Opioid overdose kits are now available at the following locations within New Trier Township:

  • Wilmette Public Library: 1242 Wilmette Ave, Wilmette, IL 60091 

  • Winnetka Covenant Church: 1200 Hibbard Rd, Wilmette, IL 60091

  • Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District - Northfield: 1785 Orchard Ln, Northfield, IL 60093

  • Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District - Winnetka: 768 Oak St, Winnetka, IL 60093

These opioid overdose kits were created in partnership with New Trier High School’s Integrated Global Studies School (IGSS), a project-based learning program for juniors and seniors. All kits contain two doses of Narcan®, a fentanyl test strip, latex gloves, and local community resources for substance use recovery and prevention.
